Job Description

Clements Solicitors is seeking a dedicated Paralegal with a strong interest in Family Law, with the view to qualify as Solicitor through the LPC Pathway or gaining relevant experience through the SQE Pathway.

Key Qualifications:

Completed or currently studying the LPC (or equivalent, i.e. SQE). Demonstrated interest and/or experience in Family Law.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist qualified solicitors in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements. Manage a personal caseload, providing support and guidance to clients under the supervision of senior solicitors. Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and prepare case files. Attend court proceedings and client meetings, taking detailed notes and assisting in case preparation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong academic background in law with a focus on family law electives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
