We are seeking a friendly and motivated Paralegal to join our Legal Recoveries team in our Leeds office on a hybrid basis.

As a Paralegal you will handle a variety of work types related to the recovery of clients' debts, from pre-action stage to enforcement of a judgment. Your caseload will include both volume and niche matters, providing you with opportunities to grow and utilise your skills effectively.

Responsibilities:
practice and internal policies and processes Maintain awareness of relevant client strategies and ensure implementation on cases / projects Achieve individual KPI's and contribution to team performance at a high level, including financial and non-financial measures where applicable Deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Experience of working in a fast paced office environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse information

Desirable

Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules Proven track record of success both in terms of financial results and client service Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
