Key Responsibilities



As a Paralegal, you will support solicitors with the day-to-day running of their caseloads and assist with both legal and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

Delivering high standards of client care in a professional and approachable manner Ensuring the confidentiality and security of client and firm documentation Preparing legal documents such as statements, applications, and forms Undertaking legal research and supporting case investigations Maintaining compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and professional conduct standards Liaising clearly and effectively with colleagues, external organisations, and clients Assisting fee earners with file management, including typing, filing, and photocopying Completing Public Funding forms as requested Attending court hearings, meetings, and other appointments where required Opening new files and initiating contact with prospective clients Participating in training, self-development, and promoting the firm's services

Person Specification



We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

Strong computer and word-processing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Some previous legal experience (desirable) Commitment to the values and ethos of the team Ability to work proactively with a high degree of initiative
