The role
The focus of the role will be assisting our lawyers and enabling them to effectively represent our clients. This role presents a great opportunity for those aspiring to develop their knowledge and experience in Property Litigation law. You can expect to be involved with:
Case File Management
: Maintaining accurate and organised case files, including legal documents, evidence, correspondence and track deadlines.
Document Preparation
: Preparing and filing court documents, notices, and other legal paperwork related to legal proceedings.
Client Communication
: Dealing with new inquiries, taking client instructions, and providing information.
Research and Advice
: Conducting legal research, advising on property litigation matters, and providing advice to clients.
Data Entry
: Entering and updating information into Liberate.
Compliance
: Ensuring that all legal and administrative procedures are followed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Administrative Duties
: Ensure financial transactions are dealt with efficiently and accurately and assist with reporting requirements.

What we're looking for
Strong organisational skills

Knowledge of legal processes
