The Role
This role involves, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Opening files, drafting letters to clients and liaising with clients via telephone calls
Taking new client enquiries, briefly assessing circumstances
Assisting fee earners with casework
Dealing with correspondence
Reviewing medical records
Working closely with solicitors and supporting active case files
Responding to client and third-party queries in a timely and appropriate manner
Drafting applications to Court
Preparing and producing court bundles
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A
Law degree
At least
2 years' experience working within a law firm
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A satisfactory understanding of the day-to-day operations of a legal office
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
A professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
Previous experience in personal injury, clinical negligence, or abuse-related work would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Salary: 26,000-30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
