Job Title: Paralegal

Location: The Old Town Hall, Lapwing Lane, Didsbury. M20 2NR.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a paralegal. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving performance targets. Candidates with experience in sales or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

No previous legal experience required. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion. Managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors. Maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on case progression. Submitting claims on official injury claims portal and MOJ Portal. Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols. Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm's success. Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a customer-facing role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and motivated to achieve performance targets and bonuses.

Working Week:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 09:00 - 17:30.
