Responsibilities:

As a Paralegal in our Enforcement team, you'll manage a portfolio of cases, reviewing files individually and selecting the most appropriate enforcement method to recover outstanding debts. You'll issue legal proceedings, ensure compliance with FCA Consumer Duty and other regulations, and keep clients fully updated.



Day to day, you'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, liaise with courts and clients, review payment plans, and maintain accurate case records. You'll balance regulatory requirements with commercial outcomes, using empathy and professionalism to ensure customers are treated fairly while achieving results for our clients.


What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential



Prior experience handling or assisting with Civil Litigation, either handling own caseload or assisting. Confident communicator with excellent phone skills Considerable IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, regulated environment Teamwork and client-focused mindset Effective time management, organisation, and attention to detail

Desirable



Understanding of CPR rules. Previous experience within a high-volume environment
