Senior Personal Injury Paralegal - Edinburgh - Leading Personal Injury Specialist An exciting new opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who is looking to elevate their career by joining a leading firm as a Senior Paralegal/Team Leader. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a long-standing, pursuer, personal injury team, not only providing technical assistance and support, but to mentor, develop and lead an established team of paralegals. The Firm & Team: Leading Personal Injury specialist - chiefly focusing on pursuer matters. Expansive office network across the South of Scotland. Personalised internal progression route crafted by the firm's Learning & Development team. The Role: Supervise and support an established team of personal injury paralegals. Provide guidance and support on a broad range of pursuer personal injury matters. Provide training and guidance to junior paralegals within the personal injury team. Work alongside the wider Senior Leadership team to curate best practice policies and implement training policies. The Candidate: A motivated Personal Injury Paralegal with previous experience within the field. Previous background within personal injury- either pursuer or defender. Genuine desire to take the reins as a senior paralegal/team leader and undertake people management responsibilities.
