Amadeus Legal Services within a short span of time has created a niche for itself in the Will Writing industry. Expanding rapidly through its network of advisors, it currently has presence in London, Reading, Leicester and Worcester.
Are you an organised administrator with previous legal services experience? We are looking for an administrator/ paralegal to support our network of estate planners by ensuring documents are created, proof-read and produced within scheduled timelines. Ability to work well under pressure, being proactive and strong team working ethic are essential for this role.
For the successful candidate, full training will be provided and they might be required to attend a 3-4 days residential course in Lincoln depending on their background and experience.

Duties
- Creating and amending legal documents such as Wills, Trusts and Lasting powers of attorney.
- Day to day typing of letters, memoranda, monthly reports, bills, file notes etc.
- Taking messages accurately and passing to appropriate person (s).
- Adhering to company's data protection policies and keeping information confidential.
- Maintaining diary systems for estate planners, arranging and booking meetings.
- Handling expense claim for estate planners.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail where required and dealing with outgoing correspondence.
- Organising travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Dealing with third parties and government organisations such as 'Office of the public guardian', 'The National will archive', 'HM Land registry' etc.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and the firm's policies in general.
- Other support services including taking minutes of meetings and initiating and replying to correspondence on routine matters.
- Maintain the company's CRM Database for each client.
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
- Occasional traveling might be required to support estate planners during events, exhibitions, webinars and seminars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Law or related field preferred
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Will Suite or Leap Estates software is a plus
