We are seeking a dedicated and professional aspiring Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor to join our legal team.

Duties
Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential courses of action across a range of legal issues
Conducting legal research using various sources to support case preparation and strategy
Managing case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards
Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings as required
Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of cases
Maintaining organised records of all case-related activities using Microsoft Office suite tools
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and organisational tools for case management
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software platforms quickly
Fluency in English with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
This position is paid and suitable for candidates eager to advance their legal career within a supportive environment that values expertise, organisation, and clear communication. Salary is based upon experience and to be discussed with each applicant. In addition there is potential to earn commission.
Desireable, but not compulsory, for someone who has passed / completed the Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme.
