Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of transactions from instruction through to completion
Liaising with internal clients and stakeholders, leaseholders, solicitors, local authorities and other third parties.
Drafting contracts for sale and purchase and portfolio contracts.
Dealing with pre-emption rights, complex land registry applications and unregistered titles.
Performing legal due diligence on matters such as the interpretation of leases, deeds and other property title documents.
Conducting legal research and assisting with the creation and regular maintenance, improvement of and updating of precedents.
Keeping up to date and advising on new regulatory rules.
Keeping an interest in legislative changes and assisting with responses to government consultations.
Skills required:
A qualified lawyer or similar qualification.
At least 1 years of post-qualification experience in residential and commerical conveyancing and non-contentious property work is required.
A self-starter who will hit the ground running, enthusiastic.
Excellent communicator, and a creative thinker.
A high degree of integrity and reliability.
A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and relevant property law and the ability to understand and explain legal technicalities and processes.
Ability to draft various clauses and documents and the ability to appreciate the implications.
Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to advise and negotiate effectively.

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
