Your Role
: To achieve our mission and adhere to our core values by providing excellent technical support to the business and our clients.

Reports to
: Financial Planners within the team, the Practice Manager, and the Director at the company level.
Minimum Qualifications:
QCF Level 4 - CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
QCF Level 6 Advanced Diploma (preferable).

Understanding of FCA regulations and staying updated with legislative and industry changes affecting our business and clients.
Ongoing development of knowledge about products and related issues through formal and informal learning.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
IT skills appropriate for the software used, with the ability to develop a detailed understanding of Salesforce (our CRM tool).
Accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Thorough knowledge of financial products including pension transfers, tax planning investments (EIS, SEIS, VCT, BPR), estate planning, financial protection planning, structured products, research, and analytical and financial modeling tools.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to the Group and the Company.
Additional languages such as Vietnamese or Chinese are a plus.
Valid visa to work in the UK. Sponsorship visa consideration after two years of employment.
This technical role is with an award-winning advisory practice, so prior experience in a similar role and environment is essential. The position offers excellent opportunities for future career progression within the company.
Compensation:
Up to 55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
