About the Role This is a unique opportunity to introduce and develop London's most authentic Parenie treatment service. As our Parenie Specialist, you'll perform traditional venik massage treatments in our authentic banya steam room, educate clients about this ancient wellness ritual, and establish Euphoria Spa as the premier destination for thermal therapies in the City.

What is Parenie? Parenie is an invigorating thermal treatment performed in a hot steam room (60-80C) using bundles of fragrant branches (veniks) made from birch, oak, or eucalyptus. The therapist uses rhythmic sweeping motions to massage hot steam across the client's body, promoting circulation, detoxification, and deep relaxation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Parenie Treatments: Deliver authentic venik massage sessions in our banya steam room with precision, care, and attention to each client's comfort level Client Consultation: Assess client needs, explain the Parenie process, guide them through the experience, and ensure safety and comfort throughout Venik Preparation: Prepare and maintain veniks (birch, oak, eucalyptus bundles), ensuring they're properly soaked and ready for treatments Temperature Management: Monitor and maintain optimal banya temperatures and humidity levels for therapeutic effectiveness Client Education: Educate guests about the benefits of Parenie, banya rituals, and hot/cold therapy techniques Treatment Customization: Adapt treatments based on individual client needs, fitness levels, and health considerations Maintain Standards: Uphold highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism in the banya area Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes o Team Collaboration: Work closely with spa manager and treatment team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Essential Requirements Thermal Treatment Experience:Previous experience with banya, sauna, hammam, or steam Customer Service Excellence:Warm, friendly personality with genuine passion for client wellbeing Flexibility: Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required Professional Appearance: Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
