We are looking for a confident, friendly and organised
Parent Host
to join our football academy team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a lively environment, and wants to be part of a growing community-based sports business. You will be the
first point of contact for parents and children
attending our sessions, ensuring everyone is welcomed, signed in and supported -- while also helping convert new trialists into sign-ups (
commission available
).
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming parents and children on arrival and being the friendly face of the academy
Managing weekly registers (signing players in / monitoring attendance)
Ensuring only registered players enter sessions
Answering parent questions confidently and providing excellent customer service
Supporting new customers/trialists and helping convert interest into sign-ups (
commission paid per sign-up
)
Uploading Instagram Stories during sessions
Taking photos/videos of sessions and sending content to the Manager
Helping create a positive, community feel at your local centre
Requirements
Confident, chatty and personable with parents/customers
Highly organised and punctual (essential)
Comfortable working around children
Customer service / public-facing experience is ideal
Strong social media skills (Instagram Stories)
