Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, professional and enthusiastic host to work at our Ebbw Vale Academy. Your role would be focused around welcoming children and parents to the sessions and signing them in upon arrival.

Each week you will monitor entrances to the sessions and manage the registers for each age group. As you get to know the customers and players attending each week, you will work towards building a community within your local centre.

You will gain valuable social media experience as during each session you will be responsible for uploading stories onto the Academy's Instagram account. You would also need to take pictures or videos and send them to the Manager each week.

You would be responsible for answering questions from parents, taking notes, making sure attendees are happy and ensuring that only customers that are on the register enter training.

Please note that this role is part time and takes place on a Tuesday from 17.00-19.00. The venue will be Ebbw Vale Sport Centre, NP23 6GL and there may be additional midweek work in the future.

Responsibilities

Take the player register for each session. Record snippets of the sessions for our social media pages. Communicating with Parents during sessions and welcoming new trialists. Build and maintain a local community at the Ebbw Vale Academy. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
