We Make Footballers South London is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive
Parent Host
to be the heartbeat of our Mitcham academy sessions. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys connecting with parents, and thrives in a buzzing, community-focused environment.
About the Role
As the first point of contact at our sessions, you'll welcome players and their families, ensure registration runs smoothly, and help create a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere. You'll work closely with our coaches to ensure every child feels part of the team from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
Greet children and parents with warmth and energy at every session.
Manage sign-in/sign-out and registration efficiently.
Be a reassuring, friendly face for new families joining us.
Assist with organisation of session flow.
Be prepared to respond to minor injuries or emergencies (First Aid trained).
Capture visual content from the training session for social media
What We're Looking For
A genuine "people person" with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Personable, approachable, and confident interacting with children and adults.
First Aid trained (or willing to complete training before starting).
Reliable, punctual, and committed to making sessions run smoothly.

customer service: 1 year (preferred)
