Job Description

The Bodafon Group operates five quality rated caravan parks in the Benllech area of Anglesey catering for a mixture of owner-occupied static caravans, seasonal tourers, and casual camping pitches.

We require a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated warden with excellent customer service skills to reside and carry out warden and security duties on Rhos Farm Caravan Park, Pentraeth. The successful candidate will also be required to carry out maintenance work as part of a team on other Parks in the group.

This is a full-time 40-hour, 5 day a week position with living on Park, weekend and bank holiday working being an essential part of the job during the holiday season. The successful candidate will not be required to work weekends during the winter months.

The warden job involves welcoming customers, guiding them to their allocated pitches, maintaining clean facilities and providing a physical presence on the park. Emergency cover during out of office hours is an essential element of the job.

The grounds maintenance aspect of the work involves using a ride-on mower and handyman duties, with responsibilities including upkeeping the general appearance of the park and attending to caravans in the event of services failure. You will be expected to assist in connecting of new units to park services and training will be provided where necessary in the maintenance aspect of the work.

A trade skill and/or experience of working on a busy holiday park would be a distinct advantage.

Remuneration

Hourly rate 12.50 per hour

Rent-free accommodation on park. Electricity and gas usage is chargeable.

Job to start in November.
