We are looking for a proactive,
hands-on Park Manager
to work closely with the park owners and help lead our small, friendly team and make sure our 200-pitch park runs smoothly. From welcoming guests and managing rotas to solving problems and helping the cafe run like clockwork, this role is as varied as it is rewarding. This is a key leadership role that requires flexibility, strong people management skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing day-to-day park operations alongside the owners.
Managing a small team (rotas, training, supervision).
Being the go-to person for guests--check-ins, support, and a friendly face.
Ensuring the site is tidy, safe, and looking its best.
Helping with basic maintenance and stock control.
Responding to out-of-hours issues on a rota basis.
Ensuring all health and safety procedures and checks are up to date and carried out by the team.
Ensuring the hire accommodation cleaning is kept to a high standard.
What We're Looking For:
A confident, organised all-rounder who enjoys variety.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or site management is a big plus.
Great with people, calm under pressure, and happy to get stuck in.
Good with basic IT systems (for bookings, emails, rotas).
Willing to work flexibly, including weekends and peak season.
