At Ninja Warrior UK Leicester we believe in true experience becoming a ninja warrior.

We are an indoor adventure park inspired by the hit ITV show The Ninja Warrior UK based at the St. Georges Retail Park in Leicester.

We are one of the Ninja Warrior UK operators across the UK with a spectacular kids and adults fix obstacle courses and incredible inflatable course. (With additional activities opening over the course of the 3-year build. Activities such as VR, Arcades, Sensory room, and much more.)

We are looking for a Park Supervisor / Junior Duty Manager to take a lead role in our fun and friendly activities team.

Role Profile



An experienced, enthusiastic, and confident individual is required to fill this key role in our indoor adventure park. Experience within the leisure industry at a supervisory level is essential.

The right candidate will be self-motivated and able to drive their team to deliver the high standards expected, managing a large team to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients.

This role is to ensure that customers have a safe good-quality experience, that there are sufficient, correctly trained staff who are briefed and equipped ready to undertake their duties. The site is well cared for and maintained.

No formal qualifications are required as full training is provided.

3 year plus in a similar role is essential

however previous supervisor experience in an activity Centre / trampoline park; plus, any first aid certification would be a big advantage for you.

A positive attitude and professional manner are essential, as well as a good compassionate approach to helping people.

You must be active, and due to the customer facing nature of our roles, confident in providing consistent high standards of customer care for our visitors throughout their experience, always ensuring both their enjoyment and their safety, by following processes and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities



To put safety and care and customer service as the number one priority.

Undertake whatever jobs are required for the safety harmonious running of the business. Complete the park checking/reporting systems. Daily plan and schedule staff to cover operational requirements. Work as an instructor and manage the other operational staff. Ensure that health and safety checks and HSE matrix are completed. Ensure that all staff are briefed and equipped ready to undertake their duties, with knowledge of the customer service standards demanded by Ninja Warrior UK, and their responsibility to deliver these. To be responsible for the care of all equipment and attractions as well as the general site. Identify maintenance as required. Incident/Accident response training & drills. Ensure that all staff duties/daily checks are regularly completed. To attend and successfully complete training requirements (First Aid, Food and Hygiene, etc.) Open and closing of the building. Cashing up

Essential Requirements



Work as first line manager for all staff on site. Allocation of tasks within the team, ensure that all required work practices are executed by the team. Support Duty Manager with a daily organisation and operation tasks. To have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety legislation and procedures. Ensuring that Ninja Warrior UK is always presented in a positive manner. Where appropriate, dealing with customer complaints. To act as a role model and example for all conduct to all staff. Using computer software to help with the role. Attending meetings if requested. Helping clients and up selling where possible. Maximising all commercial opportunities. Any other duties deemed appropriate to the role.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
