Euro Parking Services is an established Car Parking Management Company, with extensive and comprehensive experience in the UK parking control industry. We currently manage and operate in over 500 car parks across the UK, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

We currently are seeking to appoint

Admin Assistant

to join our growing team who will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

As an

Admin Assistant

your role will involve:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Post, scanning, and upload appeals. Responding to appeals, complaints, and IAS appeals. Processing of transfer of liability. Data inputting and processing ANPR & MNPR. Processing cheque payments and chargebacks. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Answering phone calls made to the company and directing this accordingly Monitoring the company's mailbox. Running daily DVLA checks. Any other admin duties required. Good knowledge of GDPR Processes. Collect and manage daily posts to maintain efficient communication flow.
The ideal candidate working as a

Admin Assistant

will display:

Excellent telephone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent Microsoft office skills particularly excel. Skills working both within a team and independently. Good organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workloads. 0-1 year of experience working in admin department.

Training will be provided to enable you to quickly and efficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very high standard of professionalism at all times.
