1. Purpose: Provide high-quality, responsive Parking Permits Service meeting community needs and complying with statutory requirements and Council policies.
2. Main Responsibilities: Process permit applications, provide specialist advice, investigate complex cases, maintain fraud awareness, contribute to service development.
3. Key Tasks: Handle applications via post/web, advise Members/customers, deal with irate/distressed customers, manage payments, conduct audits.
Requirements
- Essential: Experience in complex rule-based admin (desirable), excellent communication skills, ability to work independently/in a team, align with TOWER Values (Together, Open, Willing, Excellent, Respect).

- Additional: Willingness to work outside contracted hours if required.
