Your next role




In this role you will work as part of a team supporting residents of Swindon, demonstrating good communication skills and an enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.


You will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team where we are committed to providing good quality supervision and continuing professional development opportunities.


We are interested in applicants who have experience of and a passion to work with a background in team management and supervisory positions.


You will have a strong background in customer services and be able to deal with enquiries from members of the public politely and effectively and be able to remain calm under pressure.


You will hold a full UK driving licence as the role will involve travelling to different sites on a daily basis.


Ideally you will have knowledge of parking enforcement regulations although full training will be given. Have knowledge of Swindon and the surrounding area and be prepared for regular outdoor working in all weathers.


You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
