34,000 - 36,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract:

Full-time, 5 out of 7 days including every other weekend

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and adaptable

Relief Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will provide management support across multiple stores, stepping in to cover during periods of absence and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading different teams, and is passionate about delivering consistent standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide cover for Store Managers and Assistant Managers across designated stores Deliver all responsibilities expected of a Store Manager during typical daily operations, including: Leading and motivating store teams Maintaining high standards of customer service Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and company compliance Managing stock, ordering, and waste controls Overseeing cash handling, banking, and store security Ensuring excellent product presentation and store cleanliness Quickly adapt to different store environments and team dynamics Support stores in achieving sales, KPIs, and operational targets Build strong relationships across multiple teams, promoting the Parsons values Demonstrate full ownership and accountability while managing each store

What We're Looking For

Experienced Store Manager or Assistant Manager confident leading operations independently Background in retail or hospitality, ideally within a food-led environment Strong leadership and communication skills Highly adaptable, organised, and able to work effectively across multiple locations Someone who lives our values--

Ability to work 5 out of 7 days, including every other weekend A proactive problem-solver with a sense of responsibility and ownership
