About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Part-Time Accounts Administrator
to support our finance and administration functions. This is a varied role involving general accounts administration, data entry, and communication with suppliers. The position offered is a part time working pattern across the days of Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Preferred working hours of 9am to 4.30pm, however we are willing to discuss hours of work within these days with the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
General accounts administration and office support
Filing and maintenance of financial documents
Monitoring the finance mailbox and responding to emails promptly
Printing invoices, statements, remittances, and other documentation
Matching invoices within our CRM system or processing directly into Sage
Reconciling supplier statements with Sage
Processing payments and sending remittances to suppliers
Processing monthly credit card statements
Managing aged debtor reports and supporting credit control tasks
Preparing mid-month and month-end statements
Assisting with bank reconciliations (as required)
Other ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role
Working knowledge of Sage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Confident using email, client liaison and general office software
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
