Duties
Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
Maintain financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding financial matters.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.
Continuously seek improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
Skills
