Summary



We are seeking a pleasant, motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow with our company, with opportunities for increased hours and career progression in the company. This role is well-suited to someone who values stability, is organised, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

As an Accounts Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and finance processes within the business. You will work closely with all other departments within the business to ensure records are accurate, suppliers and customers are supported, and all paperwork is handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the business operations. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Perform data entry and clerical duties efficiently. Assist in organizing schedules and appointments for the team. Support financial processes including invoicing and billing. Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience with office administration or similar roles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette. AAT Accounting Qualification (or equivalent) (Desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
