We are a privately employee-owned company, vertically integrated from the mill, through to manufacturing and the end retailer.
We require an administrator to support our busy Sales Executive. Following initial training you will need to be proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a small team. You will have an eye for detail with good communication skills to match. Knowledge of the following would be advantageous: Windows, LinkedIn, I-products and Lusha.
The position of 10 hours per week involves:
Data entry - prospecting, referral management, client and order details (daily)
Dealing with customer queries by email and phone (daily)
Processing of alterations (daily)
Preparation of suits / clothing for fitting and delivery (daily)
Stock inventory (weekly)
Delivery / pick up of clothing to and from clients (as required)
Liaising with accounts regarding debtors (weekly)
Preparation of shipping documentation for deliveries to Jersey (monthly)
Processing business expenses (monthly)
Ad hoc duties as requested
