Job Description

A part-time Administrative Assistant is required to work for a Psychologist who manages a busy online practice, hosts a weekly podcast, and in-person training.

The job will be mostly based from home Tuesday to Thursday. You may be required to support off-site events which are most likely to be in London.

The candidate will be expected to work 2 hours on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The exact timings of the work hours can be relatively flexible and agreed in advance.

The job involves managing a busy online diary as well as various different online project management systems, customer relationship management systems, and communication systems. Whilst experience of the specific systems is not essential, the candidate must be highly computer literate beyond the use of Office 365. Please provide clear evidence of the online systems you are familiar with and in what context these systems have been used in previous roles.

The candidate must have a key eye for detail, be able to manage multiple competing priorities, and have the highest level of discretion due to the sensitive nature of the work being carried out.

The salary will be reviewed after 6 months, with potential to increase the total number of hours per week, should this be mutually beneficial.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
