ADS are a successful business providing plumbing, heating, and electrical support to a variety of commercial and domestic clients throughout the Northwest. We are currently extending our business to cover the whole of the UK. We are highly rated by our clients and have a growing team of friendly and professional engineers and office staff.

We are looking for an Office Administrator who can support our office manger. The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling and administration experience, and will take satisfaction from providing a first-class customer experience. It is a must for the candidate to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be familiar with workflow management systems.

Main Duties/Responsibilities



Scheduling of daily engineer appointments. Distribution of engineer workload using office software systems. Liaising with customers to create/maintain excellent working relationships. Answer incoming calls, dealing with customer inquiries and respond in an appropriately in a timely manner.. Keep customers updated throughout the day on any delays or changes that may arise. Dispatch reactive calls and update senior managers. Support all departments within the business ensuring productivity, efficiency and the smooth running of daily procedures. Use and update office software packages and maintain office records, spreadsheets and databases. Work with senior managers to maintain SLA's.

Skills Required



Good IT skills and knowledge of work flow software. Ability to use Excel confidently is essential. Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent organisation skills. Investigative and methodical approach.

Pay: 15,873.00-18,200.00 per year
