Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and organise electronic and paper files
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Provide clerical support to team members, including typing documents and preparing reports
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars effectively
Ensure the office environment is well-organised and conducive to productivity
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
