We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being of patients and supporting their recovery process.
Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Preparing clinic rooms for procedures.
Assisting dermatologists and plastic surgeons during more invasive procedures.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
