The Swallow Cafe - Dunoon
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cafe Manager to join our friendly, busy independent cafe in Dunoon.
This role would suit someone confident in a management position who enjoys working hands-on in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and closing the cafe when required
Handling cash, card payments, and end-of-day cashing up
Supervising staff and supporting day-to-day operations
Delivering excellent customer service
Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and high standards are maintained
Dealing calmly and professionally with any issues that arise
Requirements
Previous cafe, hospitality, or retail management experience
Trustworthy and reliable, particularly with cash handling
Confident working independently and leading a small team
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Good communication skills
Working Hours
Part-time position
Alternative weekend work required
Daytime hours only - no evening work
Hours to be discussed and agreed
Additional Information

Pay dependent on experience
