Work base: Colwyn Bay


Looking for something different to widen your skill set or supplement your income?





Due to a successful bid for grant funding, we are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our team as a Part Time CCTV Operator.


The role is ideal for those seeking occasional work, it offers on average 16 hrs per week on a flexible rota with a mix of 4 to 8-hour shifts including daytime, evening, night time, weekends and bank holidays, pattern of shift is agreed one month in advance on an annualised basis.


The post is initially funded until 31st March 2026 with the possibility of extending further.





You would be required to hold or qualify for a CCTV operator's licence, training will be provided and you will be based at our state of the art CCTV and Alarm Receiving Centre in Colwyn Bay.

You require a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, and possess excellent communication, observation and dexterity skills.





You will need to be motivated and diligent with excellent interpersonal and team skills with the ability to undertake public space monitoring and answering alarms in a pressured environment.





Applicants will be required to obtain a disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and undertake Non Police Personnel Vetting.
