Part-Time Communal Area Cleaner - Make Residents Proud to Come Home

Location:

Starting location KA1 4DA. Travel to various locations in Ayrshire and Glasgow thereafter with the team.

Hours:

12-14 hrs per week/Monday to Friday only. Great working hours, average day 9am -3pm.

Rate:

12.21 ph

We're seeking a reliable, detail-focused cleaner to maintain the communal areas of our residential properties. Fromentrance ways to stairwells, your work helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every resident.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Cleaning shared spaces: lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and bin stores Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to a high standard Spot-cleaning marks, fingerprints, and scuffs Emptying bins and ensuring waste areas are tidy Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns

A strong sense of pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable Ability to work as part of a team and manage your time well Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with residents Previous cleaning experience (especially in residential settings) is a plus
