The Customer Service Advisor role:



As a key part of our small, friendly, and dynamic customer service team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and well-supported. No two days are the same - so if you enjoy variety and fast-paced teamwork, this is the role for you!

Working at our Llandygai head office in Bangor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound phone calls and emails, in a helpful and timely manner Providing clear, helpful, and accurate information about our products, services, and orders Investigating and resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies Keeping accurate computerised records of customer interactions and transactions Communicating with couriers and logistics partners for shipping updates Creating and maintaining reports on customer interactions, orders, and delivery statuses Escalating issues when necessary and supporting continuous improvement in customer care

About you:



We're looking for someone friendly, organised, and proactive - a natural communicator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment. You'll need to have:

Confidence and enthusiasm when dealing with customers via phone, email, and over the counter Strong spoken and written English skills A helpful, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude Great organisational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure and remain calm Good IT skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new software/systems Fast, accurate typing and data entry abilities A reliable, team-focused work ethic with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness when needed

What we offer:



Permanent contract with part time hours 20 hours per week, working 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm). Flexibility may be available with start/finish time - to be agreed as part of a job offer 12.21 to 13.00 per hour, starting level dependent on current experience Opportunities for growth within the company 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata for part time hours NEST company pension scheme Supportive leadership team who values your input and initiative
