Barnes & Mullins is a musical instrument wholesale company known for speed, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a conscientious and well organised person with exceptional attention to detail for the position of Data Entry/Sales Ledger Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in Sage 200, bespoke databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner during busy periods
Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role. Experience of Sage 200 would be beneficial
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Hours: 10.00am - 3.00 pm Mon-Fri (negotiable)
