We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Inclusion Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children with additional needs in their early years. The Early Years Inclusion Practitioner will play a crucial role in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of children with developmental delays aged 2-4 years . Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained, and to document evidence to support referrals for additional support. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent). Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for childcare with the ability to create engaging learning experiences for young children with additional needs.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
