Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a drive to achieve sales targets during two consumer shows taking place at the NEC and in London., starting in November & December this year and across 6 trade and consumer show events in 2026

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through effective questioning Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling card payments Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 13.46-19.24 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
