Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is memorable. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
