Main duties include:-
Checking in/out all hotel guests
Billing all restaurant tables
Ensuring accurate payments are made/balanced
Hotel & restaurant reservations
General enquiries
Daily administrative tasks
Daily banking
Letter writing and email correspondence
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with both members of staff and customers.
Shifts are generally between 6.30am to 3.30pm or 2pm until 10pm, although flexibility is required as per the needs of the business. We are a 24/7 industry and as a result we need our staff be fully available. Weekends and bank holidays are included in your working pattern, this includes peak dates such as christmas and new year. This post is for up to 32 hours per week however extra hours maybe available where business needs demand.
