What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable first impressions
Managing check-ins/check-outs during peak times
Assisting with coordination and communication during weddings and events
Responding to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Allocation of rooms according to guest preferences
Coordination of rooms for early arrivals.
Build guest profiles through conversations with guests
Ensuring a fond farewell is given to each guest upon departure
Rooming of guests in guest services/guest relations absence
Helping maintain a smooth, welcoming front desk environment

What We're Looking For:
Preferably have experience in a dynamic and exceptional level of guest service role, in a 3 or 4 star hotel
Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
Anticipate guest needs and surpass expectations to enhance the guest experience
Have a distinctive blend of confidence and personality to help give our guests an unforgettable experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Availability on weekends and one weekday
