Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time HR Officer (Temp) to contribute to the Human Resources department within the Not For Profit sector. This temporary role, based in Edinburgh, requires a focused individual to support HR operations effectively.

Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
L&D work
Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and efficiency.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Contribute to the smooth running of the Human Resources department.
