Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our small team. Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tenants, which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties. You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases, as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner. This opportunity will also involve conducting viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers and following up on feedback from these. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships clients. It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area. Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience. Hours negotiable.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11,000.00-18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
