are looking for a confident customer facing consultant to make a positive impact at our busy Pudsey branch in West Leeds. Working Part time initially Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9 am to 4pm
Ideally the candidate will have experience in Estate Agency or a proven track record in customer service, achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional service.

You will be:
Handling enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
Understanding customer needs to generate leads
Registering buyers and sellers onto the database effectively
Arranging and and carrying out property viewings
Gaining key feedback, generating offers and negotiating sales
Achieving sales and referral targets
Delivering excellent customer service
You will be a great communicator, able to engage and influence customers by building relationships and exceeding their expectations on their journey
