Job Description

The role involves carrying out repairs and improvements on a portfolio of properties, in and around Leeds.

You will have an option of using your own vehicle, with a generous fuel allowance, or to be provided with a company vehicle.

You will need to supply your own basic tools.

The job will entail carrying out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across the following areas:

Wet plumbing

Painting

Joinery

Basic none qualified electrical skills

General property repairs & Cleaning

Part time - days to suit applicant.

You be expected to manage your own diary, so start and finish times will be based on your preference.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
