Job Overview


We are seeking a part time Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across our 3 companies. This is a new role and the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results that align with our business objectives.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Manage SEO efforts to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Utilise Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Create engaging content for various platforms, including copywriting for websites, blogs, and social media posts. Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives within budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing actionable insights for optimisation. Supervise the social media management strategy to enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.

Skills



Proven experience in management and leadership within a marketing environment. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proficient in project management methodologies to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials. Knowledge of Google Ads for effective online advertising campaigns. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong copywriting abilities to create compelling marketing content. Proficient in social media management across various platforms. Experience with email marketing strategies to engage customers effectively. Background in B2B marketing with a focus on building professional relationships. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent time management capabilities to prioritise tasks effectively. Outstanding organisational skills to maintain workflow efficiency.
