Are you a creative marketer with a passion for sport, childcare, and community impact? We're a growing sports coaching and childcare company looking for a Part-Time Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach, attract new families, and build our brand.

We deliver high-quality sports coaching and childcare services, from holiday clubs and after-school activities to specialist coaching sessions. Our mission is to inspire children through active, engaging experiences that support their development, confidence, and love for sport.

The Role

As our Part-Time Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on all things marketing -- developing and executing strategies that promote our services, strengthen our reputation, and drive bookings. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure our message reaches the right people at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and managing marketing campaigns (digital and offline) Creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website Managing paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads) to drive enrolments Building relationships with schools, parents, and community partners Tracking marketing performance and reporting results Supporting the growth of our brand identity and customer engagement
About You

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in marketing (ideally within sport, education, childcare, or community services) Strong knowledge of social media and digital advertising Excellent communication and copywriting skills A creative, proactive approach with the ability to work independently Passion for sport, children's development, and making a positive impact

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour
