Job Opportunity: Night Porter
St Giles House, Norwich
16 hours per week (2 nights) | Option to flex up to 4 nights

We're looking for a warm, reliable and service-focused individual to join the St Giles House team as a Night Porter.

As we continue to restore and reimagine this much-loved local landmark, our Night Porter plays a vital role in delivering our signature hospitality -- quietly, professionally, and with care.

What you'll do:

Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests overnight Assist late check-ins and early departures Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas overnight Handle guest requests with warmth and discretion Support early morning breakfast set-up
About you:

You're dependable, approachable and calm under pressure You take pride in keeping things tidy, organised and safe Experience in hospitality or night work is a plus -- but attitude matters most You're comfortable working independently and problem-solving on the go
Hours: 16 per week across 2 night shifts (usually 11pm-7am), with the option to flex up to 4 nights to cover holidays or business needs.
