Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and providing accurate information to callers. Manage reservations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Support hotel operations by providing information about local attractions, services, and amenities.

Experience

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong background in guest services with a focus on delivering high-quality hospitality experiences. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests and colleagues alike. Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Pay: 12.50 per hour
