Part-Time Nursery Practitioner

to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone

seeking afternoon hours,

with flexibility for additional days or full-time hours for the right candidate. We require an availability to work a minimum of 3 afternoons per week 12-6.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day care of children aged 0-5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development. Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative setting. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

Ideally qualified to

Level 3 in Early Years

(or equivalent), though

Level 2 or unqualified candidates

with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

For the right candidate, we can offer an apprenticeship to support you in gaining a recognised childcare qualification

. A genuine passion for working with children. Good knowledge of the EYFS framework (or willingness to learn). Reliable, proactive, and flexible. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive and nurturing attitude.

Pay: 12.21-12.30 per hour
